FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I register for the trip?

You can find all the trip details on our website, and we highly recommend reading everything carefully to make sure it matches your interests. If everything looks good, go ahead and register by filling out the form on the site. Once you do, we'll contact you to confirm your registration and proceed with the payment step.

How do I pay? And can I split the payment?

Payment is made via bank transfer to the company’s official account. And because we know that trip planning takes coordination ✈️💳 you can split your payment into two or three installments, as long as the final payment is made at least 20 days before the trip.

Do you offer Tabby or Tamara (installment services)?

We don’t currently offer Tabby or Tamara, but we do allow you to split your payment into two or three parts ahead of the trip. We’re always working to make payment methods easier and more flexible for everyone.

What if something comes up and I can’t go on the trip? Can I get a refund?

We totally understand that things can change 🌿 
If you cancel more than 30 days before the trip, you’ll get a full refund. 
If you cancel less than 30 days before, the paid amount is non-refundable — however, we’ll only deduct non-recoverable costs (like hotel bookings, domestic flights, activities, etc.). 

The remaining amount will be kept as credit that you can use for any other trip within one year of your original booking.If you find someone to take your place on the trip, we’re more than happy to transfer the booking with no penalty at all!

Are there any conditions to join the trip?

Yes — just a few simple ones to make sure the trip is safe and enjoyable for everyone ✨  We welcome anyone who’s open to new experiences, has a spirit of adventure, can follow the trip program, and respects the group’s privacy and the culture of the destination 🌍 

Some trips require a certain fitness level or the ability to walk moderate distances — we always mention that in each trip’s details.

I love the trip itinerary, but the dates don’t work for me. Can you arrange it for another time?

Absolutely! We’d love to organize a private trip for you with the same itinerary or a customized one that fits your preferences. 

Just two conditions:
The group must include at least 4 people (except honeymoon trips)
Your preferred dates must be at least one month in advance

Do you offer trips to Georgia? Can you book hotels in London? How much are your Turkey packages?

We only focus on the destinations announced on our website and social media — that’s our area of expertise. So we’re sorry, but we don’t offer services outside of those destinations. 

Also, we don’t provide pre-made packages. What we offer are carefully curated group or private trips based on your interests.

Your trips look amazing… but with so many options, how do we choose the right one?

No worries! Every trip on the site is described in detail so you can easily find what suits your interests and adventure level. Still unsure? Just reach out — we’ll help you decide!

Where’s your office? Are you officially licensed?

Yes! We are an officially licensed Saudi company. You can verify this using our commercial registration number 2052103390 on the Ministry of Commerce’s website. (Link attached)  Our office operates remotely — our team is based across several cities in the Kingdom or traveling to explore your next favorite destination!
