At Bucketlist, we apply all safety requirements in our trips and strive to provide the highest level of organization. Safety and quality are core principles of our mission. All trips are thoroughly prepared in coordination with local and international government authorities when necessary, with support from a trained on-ground team.
These terms and conditions define how to use the Bucketlist website. By using the website, you fully agree to all these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must refrain from using the site.
Bucketlist is an electronic platform owned by Bucketlist Travel Agency. It provides domestic and international travel services through various packages, with a focus on high safety and organization standards.
1. The Agency: Bucketlist Travel Agency, owner of the platform.
2. The Client: Any individual or entity using or requesting services through the platform.
3. The Authorized Representative: An individual authorized by the client to use the platform.
To use Bucketlist services, registration via “.com” is required.
Required data includes: Full name, nationality, date of birth, proof of payment, emergency contact, email, and phone number.
Once the registration is complete and login credentials are issued, the user is responsible for keeping this information confidential.
All platform services must be used legally and for legitimate purposes only.
The client agrees to:
1. Comply with all published terms, policies, and registration forms.
2. Immediately notify the agency of any unauthorized use or account breach.
3. Update the agency with any changes to submitted data.
4. Acknowledge the agency’s right to delete/suspend/modify requests without liability.
5. Understand that submitting a request does not obligate the agency to fulfill it.
6. Accept that external links or ads do not imply endorsement or liability by the agency.
1. Clients must behave respectfully, adhering to cultural and legal norms of the destination.
2. Modest dress is required in public places. No offensive images, slogans, or political symbols allowed.
3. The client acknowledges awareness of trip-related risks and bears full responsibility, releasing the agency and its staff from liability.
4. Clients must be physically fit for trip activities and must disclose any health conditions. The agency reserves the right to exclude individuals without refund.
5. Clients must follow all instructions from the trip leader. Non-compliance may result in exclusion without refund.
6. Clients must bring their own gear. The agency is not liable for failure to do so.
The agency may limit access to services at its discretion.
Users must not:
1. Harm or disrupt the platform
2. Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
3. Host, store, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, viruses, Trojans, worms, keystroke loggers, rootkits, or malicious software.
1. Clients must pay applicable fees (excluding VAT or other taxes).
2. The agency may add or change fees at any time.
3. Trip fees exclude photography, videography, and related services.
All intellectual property—including code, algorithms, designs, media, databases, interfaces, and trademarks—is owned by the agency.Clients may not share or reuse platform content without written permission.
Client data submitted to the platform is owned by the agency and kept confidential unless legally requested by authorities.
The agency may:
1. Use client data for reports or marketing purposes.
2. Use client photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional use, unless the client opts out before the trip.
Clients may not photograph others or publish such content without consent.
1. The agency will manage technical risks and is liable for staff errors due to negligence.
2. It is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control (e.g., internet failure, force majeure, wars, natural disasters).
3. Liability is capped at 10% of proven damages (by final court ruling).
4. Services are provided "as is" without warranty. No liability for direct/indirect losses.
5. The agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions by third parties or due to poor weather.
6. It is not responsible for political, social, or economic risks of trips.
7. It is not liable for flight or external booking issues.
1. Clients may not transfer or assign bookings without written approval.
2. Misconduct or rule violations allow the agency to bar future participation without refund.
3. Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy of submitted data.
4. Clients must comply with Saudi laws, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism regulations.
The agency may update services, terms, or policies at any time.Continued platform use implies acceptance of such changes.
These terms follow the laws of Saudi Arabia.Disputes will be resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent court in Riyadh has jurisdiction.
1. 14+ days before: Full amount kept as credit (valid 1 year), or 10% fee deducted for refund. Refund within 20 business days.
2. 7–14 days before: 50% retained, rest refunded within 20 business days.
3. 72 hours–7 days before: 50% retained, balance credited for 1 year.
4. <72 hours before: Full amount retained, no credit or refund.Client substitution: 10% admin fee + any additional charges.
The agency has the right to cancel/modify the trip. If canceled, only the paid amount will be refunded (within 20 business days), with no additional compensation.
1. 30+ days before: Full amount kept as credit (valid 1 year), or 10% admin fee deducted for refund.
2. 21–29 days before: 50% retained, rest refunded.
3. 14–20 days before: 50% retained, rest credited for 1 year.
4. <14 days before: Full amount retained, no refund or credit.
5. Client substitution (48 hrs–13 days before): Allowed with agency & authority approval + 10% admin fee.
The agency may cancel trips without explanation or due to not meeting minimum participation. Only the paid amount will be refunded, no other compensation.
Force Majeure Cases:
1. Trip postponed until resolved
2. Full credit for one year
3. Trip relocated to a similar destination
4. In case of illness (e.g. COVID-19), proof is required; date can be rescheduled for the affected person and close relatives.
