TRIP OVERVIEW
Day 1
Welcome to Lisbon
Upon arrival, we are welcomed at the hotel, followed by a welcome dinner to get to know each other and start our adventure together.
Day 2
Exploring Lisbon & Tasting Tradition
After breakfast, we begin a historic tour of Lisbon, exploring its main landmarks and attractions.
We ride the famous yellow tram through the charming streets of the capital, feeling the unique atmosphere of the old city.
During the tour, we stop to taste Pastel de Nata, Portugal’s most famous pastry, enjoying its delicious flavor and discovering a part of authentic Portuguese culinary culture.
Day 3
Castles and Forests Adventure in Sintra
After breakfast, we dedicate the day to exploring the magical city of Sintra, where historic castles meet lush green forests.
We stroll through the streets, admire its architectural charm, and enjoy the natural landscapes that make Sintra one of Portugal’s most magical destinations.
Day 4
Farewell Lisbon & Flight to São Miguel
After breakfast, we have free time in Lisbon to explore the city or relax at your own pace before heading to the airport for the flight to São Miguel Island, where our adventure in the heart of the Azores begins.
Day 5
Lakes & Volcano Trails in São Miguel
After breakfast, we start our day with a hike on the famous Boca do Inferno trail, one of the most beautiful paths on São Miguel Island.
The trail winds between the Blue Lake and Green Lake, offering stunning natural views where volcanic landscapes and deep valleys surround us.
The path is known for its unique volcanic formations and breathtaking scenery that make you feel like you are walking through living nature paintings.
Day 6
Island Wonders & Natural Warmth
After breakfast, we take an exploratory tour around São Miguel Island, discovering its beautiful landscapes and stopping to taste the traditional dish Cozido das Furnas, cooked underground using volcanic heat.
Later, we enjoy relaxing in natural hot springs, immersing ourselves in the magic of the volcanic nature that surrounds us.
Day 7
Valley Adventures & Waterfall Rappelling
After breakfast, we experience an unforgettable adventure in one of São Miguel’s valleys, including rappelling down waterfalls amid breathtaking scenery.
Feel the thrill of adventure with every step, surrounded by volcanic rocks, lush greenery, and flowing waterfalls.
Day 8
Free Day & Farewell Dinner
After breakfast, we have a free day to shop in local markets, relax, or enjoy the natural landscapes at your own pace.
In the evening, we gather for a farewell dinner, celebrating the end of this magical adventure.
Day 9
Return Home
Head to the airport for the flight back to Lisbon, preparing for our journey home.
We leave Portugal and the Azores full of wonderful memories and extraordinary adventures, from historic cities to volcanic valleys and breathtaking waterfalls.
